‘Your Glow Up Is Phenomenal!’: Alison Hammond Stuns in Vibrant Green Dress as She Reveals the Early-Morning Routine Behind Her Incredible 11-Stone Weight Loss

Alison Hammond left fans full of praise after appearing on Friday’s episode of ITV’s This Morning in a striking bright green dress, showcasing the results of her remarkable health transformation.

The beloved presenter, 51, looked radiant as she joined co-host Dermot O’Leary for the latest edition of the daytime programme. Alison opted for a stylish green midi dress paired with gold jewellery and glamorous makeup, creating a fresh summer look that quickly caught viewers’ attention.

After the show, Alison shared a photo of her outfit on Instagram, prompting an outpouring of admiration from followers and celebrity friends alike. Her hairstylist Michelle Sultan praised the look, writing: “Curls outttt,” while fans flooded the comments with compliments. One admirer wrote: “Your glow up is phenomenal,” while fellow This Morning star Lisa Snowdon added: “Oh my! I LOVE this look.”

The appearance comes as Alison continues to maintain the impressive 11-stone weight loss she has achieved over the past five years.

Her health journey began after doctors warned she was pre-diabetic, prompting her to overhaul her lifestyle. At her heaviest, Alison weighed around 30 stone, but she has since transformed her health through exercise and healthier eating habits, successfully reversing her pre-diabetic condition.

Unlike many celebrities who have turned to weight-loss injections, Alison has repeatedly stressed that her transformation has been achieved through long-term lifestyle changes rather than medication.

Speaking previously about her fitness routine, Alison explained that she works closely with a personal trainer and prioritises consistency over extreme measures.

“I’ve got a personal trainer – she’s amazing, she trains me when I can train. If I’m working, I don’t train, I’ll go for a walk,” she said.

She added: “But when I’m at home, I’ll go and have a session with her in the morning, just an hour. It might be four days a week.”

Earlier this year, Alison gave fans another glimpse into her fitness regime when she shared footage from an intense boxing workout session. The television star has also incorporated Reformer Pilates and early-morning circuit training into her weekly routine as she focuses on maintaining her healthier lifestyle.

Discussing her new exercise habits, Alison admitted that flexibility had become a challenge.

“You feel absolutely incredible after it. I really need a good stretch – so Reformer Pilates has been brilliant for me,” she explained.

She also revealed that she regularly attends a demanding 6.30am circuit class run by fitness coach Steve Hensel.

“I’ll go at 6.30am and do a full hour, it’s a proper old-school gym,” she said, adding that she always leaves feeling “amazing” after the sessions.

While Alison has embraced a range of fitness trends, there is one popular wellness craze she refuses to repeat.

Recalling her experience with cold-water therapy, she joked: “I did try one of those cold plunge pools once – and absolutely not! It lasted about a minute. I was like, ‘Why am I literally trying to kill myself?’”

As fans continue to praise both her confidence and commitment to healthier living, Alison’s latest This Morning appearance served as another reminder of the remarkable transformation she has achieved through dedication, discipline and consistency.
