Jake Hall has died aged 35 after he was found at a Spanish holiday villa in Majorca after smashing into a glass door in a tragic accident as six people are questioned
The Only Way Is Essex star Jake Hall has died aged 35. The reality star, who joined the TV show while dating Chloe Lewis, was found dead at a Spanish holiday villa in Majorca after smashing into a glass door in a tragic accident.
Hall was found in a pool of blood with head wounds, caused by shards of glass. It’s claimed that he had been out partying and decided to carry on the night at his rented property.
Four men and two women who were also staying at the address are believed to have been questioned by police. The six people are understood to have spoken to police and told officers they had been out for the evening and returned to the property in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Jake’s former fiancée and the mother of his child, Missé Beqiri’s spokesperson, has since spoken out.
Police were called to the address in Santa Margalida, in the north of Majorca at 7:30am local time. An autopsy is due to take place in the coming hours in the Majorcan capital, Palma, while the ongoing investigation is being carried out by the Civil Guard.
A source said: “Witnesses have told investigators he had been out partying all night and decided to carry on the party back at the place he was renting.” Police had been told that Jake may have been agitated in the hours leading up to his death and neighbours head “loud noises” coming from the property.

The Civil Guard are said to not be ruling out anything and keeping all options on the table. A post-mortem examination is to be carried out at a specialist lab on the Spanish mainland to discover partial answers to the questions about Jake’s death. This will include tests on tissue samples.
A neighbour of the property reports hearing a group of people talking in the hours before Jake’s death but they “hadn’t been causing problems,” and seemed “relatively normal”. However, the unnamed neighbour was said to be scared by how one of the members of the group looked. He was woken up at around 2am, several hours before the police arrived.
“I began to hear a very loud noise, as if they were drilling something. I felt the walls vibrate. They stopped after about five minutes, and then I fell asleep,” they said. Another neighbour stated they hadn’t heard anything out of the ordinary.”
Just hours before his death, Jake took to Instagram to share insights into his trip to the Balearic Island, including a collection of images from his time away. Captioning his post, he penned: “Life is b*****ks sometimes, but I’m gonna try remember the good things – looking through things – I’m just making art – in many forms.”
