Speaking on her podcast Olivia’s House, Olivia opened up candidly during a chat with actress and model Amy Jackson Westwick, where the conversation quickly turned to relationships — and her new mindset post-breakup.
Reading out a listener’s dilemma, Olivia admitted the topic hit a nerve, saying it was now “one of my biggest icks now that I’m single.” The question centered on a boyfriend following lots of women online and claiming it “means nothing” — something Olivia clearly wasn’t buying.
She went on to joke that she had recently seen a quote saying the “biggest ick is a man’s following looking like he runs a nail shop,” before agreeing wholeheartedly with the sentiment. Amy backed her up, noting that it’s not just the following — it’s also liking photos — adding that even small actions can carry meaning.
Olivia didn’t hold back, insisting that regardless of how “immature” it might sound, she sees that behaviour as outright disrespectful in a relationship.
The conversation then took a more personal turn as Olivia reflected on her past marriage — and even her engagement. In a brutally honest admission, she described the proposal from Bradley as “vomit-inducing,” despite once loving the moment.
She explained that at the time, a romantic beach proposal in Dubai felt special — even ahead of the trend — but now, she can’t help but roll her eyes at similar grand gestures, joking that if she saw another Burj Al Arab engagement, she’d “vomit.”
Still, she acknowledged that at the time, she embraced it, admitting she had suspected a proposal was coming — just not on that exact day — and that the excitement, attention, and the iconic diamond ring made it an unforgettable experience.
Olivia and Bradley first got engaged in 2019 before tying the knot in 2023, but their relationship came to an abrupt end in January 2026.
